Lone Pine IPA

For all you true beer lovers out there, this beauty will awaken your senses. Lone Pine is a West Coast Style American IPA. With an IBU of 65, it packs a punch, but man is it ever tasty. In fact, this beer took home The Brewmaster’s Choice award last year at the Golden Tap awards.

Considering Lone Pine was awarded Brewmaster’s Choice – Best Beer in Ontario, you know I’m not just blowin’ smoke. Sawdust City Brewing Co. is located in Gravenhurst, Ontario. I would argue that the Muskoka region of Ontario, is one of the most beautiful places in the province. The brewery has an on-site retail store, as well as an attached tasting bar. With a tasting bar known as the Sawdust City Saloon, who wouldn’t want to sip on incredible beer there?

For those that have experienced Muskoka, the orange hue of Lone Pine IPA was inspired by Muskoka’s dawn sky. The aromas of pine and citrus, are well-balanced with a blend of four different malt types. Matched with Summit, Columbus, Chinook, and Simcoe hops, this hoppy masterpiece will have you going back to the fridge for another.
